Simply call Alan on 07800 63-44-64 with your postcode, house number and a time that suits.
We will pick-up your family's collection of photos, slides, negatives, videos & photo albums; process them back at our lab (including unpacking and organising photo albums if required); and then return everything to you once done.
Photos Still in Albums?
Unpacking & organising photos is an extremely tedious and time consuming process.
If you are busy and value your time, for what might only be a few pounds, ask us to to collect your albums, shoeboxes and bags of photos just as they are now. We will undertake the unpacking and organising for you while you do something else.

How Much Will Everything Cost?
Scan Van visits start at just £89. This is the starting point and includes scanning the first 500 loose photos.
We will provide an estimate of costs when you contact us. We may refine this when we actually see the materials and will will supply a firm quotation once we have undertaken a full assessment back at our lab. You can then decide whether or not to go ahead.

You may be surprised at the sheer weight and amount of space your family's collection takes up when it is gathered together. It is perfectly normal for us to collect 60kg or more of materials.
Case Studies:
Client 1 - We collected 23 photo albums from the client's sister's house in Surrey. We unpacked the albums back at the lab; scanned the photos; sorted the scans into folders; repacked the photos back into albums and returned the albums to the client's sister before sending a memory stick of the images to the client in Dubai.
Client 2 - We collected a laundry box containing a mixed batch of photos, slides & documents from an address in Kensington & Chelsea. We unpacked the albums and photo envelopes back at the lab; scanned the images; sorted the scans into folders; and returned the laundry box before sending a memory stick of the images to the client in Monaco.
Client 3 - We attended the clients address in Surrey. Upon arrival we scanned 500 photos and loaded the images on to a digital photo frame that was to be a gift for the client's mother that evening. We then took away the two plastic crates containing the rest of the family's photo collection and unpacked; scanned; and repacked the images at our lab. Finally we scanned a further 1,000 photos that a family member had brought round to be scanned when we returned the plastic crates.
Client 4 - We collected a large box of slides, photos & research papers from an academic at a research institute in Berkshire. We scanned the materials at our lab; labelled each scan and arranged the images into folders; repaired deterioration that had occurred to some of the images, and returned the newly digitised collection.
